Product Description
The FD80A intelligent differential pressure transmitter is a classic mature industrial DP measuring instrument developed by FRD SENSOR. Based on high-precision monocrystalline silicon sensing technology, it accurately measures differential pressure between two sides of pipes and equipment. It supports three core measurement functions: differential pressure, liquid level and flow, with 4-20mA, HART and RS485 Modbus signal output. Featuring high static pressure resistance, strong one-way overload resistance and ultra-low temperature drift, it provides stable and reliable performance for DP monitoring, tank level measurement and throttling flow measurement in chemical, oil & gas, power and water treatment industries.

- One device realizes three functions: differential pressure measurement, liquid level conversion and flow conversion, saving project cost.
- It operates stably under high static pressure; pipeline pressure fluctuation will not affect measuring accuracy, suitable for high-pressure systems.
- Built-in anti-overload structure withstands single-sided high-pressure impact and protects the sensor from field pressure error.
- Supports HART debugging and RS485 network communication for remote calibration, range adjustment and data collection.
