The FRD SENSOR integrated digital temperature transmitter is a mature industrial temperature measuring instrument. It integrates temperature sensing, signal conversion and local display into one compact unit. Adopting a solid industrial structure and stainless steel probe, it adapts to various working media. Supporting 4-20mA, HART and RS485 Modbus multiple outputs, it accurately converts on-site temperature into standard industrial signals for PLC, DCS and remote bus systems. With stable performance and wide compatibility, it realizes local visual reading and remote network temperature monitoring, suitable for long-term operation in chemical, HVAC, water treatment, oil & gas and other industrial environments.

  • Standard 4-20mA output, optional HART and RS485 Modbus communication. It supports remote parameter modification, data collection and network monitoring, perfectly matching intelligent factory automatic systems.
  • Built-in local LCD display works stably at -20℃. No external secondary instrument is needed for on-site inspection and commissioning, ensuring high efficiency.
  • Optional 304 / 316L stainless steel probe resists high temperature, high pressure and medium corrosion, suitable for long-term temperature measurement of gas and liquid media.
  • Equipped with standard gaskets and protection sleeves. Customizable probe length and thread connections enable simple installation and maintenance for pipes, tanks and industrial equipment.
