The 19 monocrystalline silicon pressure core encapsulates a high-stability monocrystalline silicon chip in a 316L stainless steel substrate. It adopts an isolated structure (the chip does not directly contact the measured medium) and transmits pressure through silicone oil, suitable for pressure measurement of various media.
