Lean production lines built under professional guidance, the second line under construction. Some products take only 180 seconds from assembly to packaging, efficiency increased by 40%, daily capacity about 220 units. Equipped with WIKA controllers and Keysight 6.5-digit multimeters, employees follow standardized operations to ensure production consistency.
Flange Forming & Oil Filling: Forging process + Agilent helium leak detection, fillable with ordinary silicone oil, high-temperature silicone oil and other suitable media.
Automatic Screw Locking & Static Pressure Leakage Test: Automatic screw locking machine ensures torque and parallelism, differential pressure products undergo static pressure leak test before delivery.
Power-On Aging Test: 24-168 hours pressurized/non-pressurized aging, each product generates independent curve to record stability.
