Explosion-Proof Remote Flange Pressure&Level Transmitter for Petrochemical High-Risk Areas
The FD3051SLD Series Remote Seal Flange Level Transmitter is a high-precision, high-stability, multi-parameter product for pressure/level measurement, and it is compliant with the HART protocol. This transmitter features a differential pressure transmitter structure, on which a remote seal flange with a capillary tube is welded and installed. The flange is filled with silicone oil inside, preventing the medium from directly contacting the diaphragm of the differential pressure transmitter. Diaphragms on the flange can be made of different materials according to the characteristics of the medium. It is suitable for level measurement of media such as high-temperature, corrosive, suspension, viscous, and easy-to-crystallize media.
- The central sensing unit of the single-flange level transmitter adopts world-leading sensor technology.
- It features a digital circuit design, allowing on-site zero reset via buttons.
- The sensor applies digital compensation and nonlinear correction, with an adjustable range ratio of up to 100:1.
- Its EMC performance complies with the GB/T18268.1-2008 standard.
- It has an IP65 protection design, suitable for harsh on-site environments such as fields and open-air areas.
- It meets the requirements of the GB3836 standard and has obtained an explosion-proof certificate.
