FD86E High Precision Intelligent Pressure Transmitter
FRD SENSOR FD86E Explosion-Proof Pressure Transmitter with HART Protocol, Special Transducer for Acid & Alkali Corrosive Media
FD86E is a high-end corrosion-resistant intelligent pressure transmitter developed by FRD Sensor. It adopts 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm as standard, and Hastelloy or tantalum diaphragm is optional for strong corrosive media. Equipped with full digital temperature compensation and nonlinear calibration algorithm, it achieves measurement accuracy up to 0.1%FS, with full measuring range from 0-1kPa to 400MPa, supporting gauge pressure, absolute pressure, negative pressure and sealed pressure measurement. Standard 4-20mA + HART dual output, compatible with RS485 communication and remote calibration. The transmitter has Ex explosion-proof certification and IP67 protection grade, featuring wide temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, impact and overload resistance. Built-in isolation structure allows long-term stable operation under harsh conditions such as chemical wastewater, acid & alkali solution, seawater and highly corrosive fluid. Equipped with local LCD display for easy commissioning, it is the premium choice for pressure control of corrosive industrial processes.
