Product Description
FD80B is a high-performance industrial pressure transmitter developed by Shandong Friend Control System Co., Ltd. It adopts an optimized structural design and efficient heat dissipation solution to ensure stable measurement performance even under long-term continuous operation, high ambient temperature, and closed installation space. The product is equipped with a high-precision diffused silicon sensor, combined with full digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction technology, to achieve accurate pressure measurement of liquids, gases, and steam. The shell is made of thickened aluminum alloy with a sealed structure, which improves internal heat conduction and natural heat dissipation efficiency while ensuring high strength and explosion-proof performance, avoiding zero drift and accuracy degradation caused by temperature rise during long-term operation. The transmitter features excellent thermal stability and can work continuously and reliably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃, suitable for various high-temperature, closed, and high-load industrial scenarios such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, water treatment, metallurgy, etc.
