The FD3051LD Remote Flange Level Transmitter, designed with a remote flange structure, is a specialized device for liquid level measurement in industrial sealed vessels. It covers a level measurement range of 0~0.6m to 10m, adapts to 12V~32VDC industrial wide-voltage power supply conditions, and supports dual outputs of 4mA~20mA+HART intelligent signal and RS485 digital signal. Equipped with optional corrosion-resistant diaphragm materials (316L, Hastelloy, etc.), it combines easy installation, strong corrosion resistance and wide temperature adaptability, stably collecting liquid level data of various liquid media in sealed vessel scenarios and seamlessly connecting to industrial control systems.

1. Liquid level monitoring of anaerobic tanks /aerobic tanks in sewage treatment plants

   In core reaction units of sewage treatment plants (e.g., anaerobic fermentation tanks, aerobic biochemical tanks), the medium contains high-concentration suspended sludge, viscous organic matter, and corrosive metabolites, leading to diaphragm scaling and corrosion in traditional level gauges. The FD3051LD adopts a double flange remote design: the capillary isolates the sensor from the medium, and built-in silicone oil transmits pressure to avoid direct contact between the diaphragm and viscous sludge/corrosive media. Its 0-0.5m~10m wide range adapts to different tank depths, and 0.25%F.S high accuracy real-time captures level fluctuations, providing precise data for aeration intensity adjustment and sludge return control. Supporting HART protocol, it can link with the sewage treatment SCADA system to realize automatic level regulation, ensuring stable and efficient biochemical reactions. With IP65 protection and explosion-proof design, it resists humid environments and combustible gases (e.g., methane) in tank areas, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

2. Liquid level control of clear water tanks /sedimentation tanks in waterworks

   Clear water tanks (closed containers) and sedimentation tanks (open containers) in waterworks require precise level control to avoid overflow or insufficient water level affecting water supply. The FD3051LD offers flexible options (single flange for sedimentation tanks, double flange for clear water tanks), perfectly matching level measurement needs of open/closed containers. Its 0-1m~4m measurement range accurately covers conventional tank depths, and long-term stability of 0.1%F.S/year reduces calibration frequency and operation/maintenance costs. The fully sealed diaphragm design resists weak corrosion from disinfectant residues in clear water tanks, avoiding secondary pollution. With 24VDC power supply and 4-20mA standard output signal, it is compatible with existing automatic control systems of waterworks, linking with water supply pump sets to realize automatic water replenishment/stop, ensuring continuous and stable urban water supply. 3. Liquid level monitoring of acid-base waste liquid storage tanks in industrial wastewater treatment

   In industrial wastewater treatment systems of chemical, printing and dyeing industries, the medium in acid-base waste liquid tanks (closed containers) is highly corrosive and high-temperature (some up to 200℃), requiring high corrosion and temperature resistance of level gauges. The FD3051LD can be equipped with 316L stainless steel capillary and corrosion-resistant flange diaphragm to resist erosion from strong acid and alkali media. Supporting a wide medium temperature range of -40℃~300℃ (optional), it adapts to level measurement of high-temperature waste liquid. The double flange design effectively isolates corrosive media in the tank from core sensor components, extending equipment service life.
