Product Description
This is stainless steel sanitary clamp-type temperature transmitter, constructed from food-grade stainless steel. Its clamp-mounted design is compatible with sanitary pipelines, and it features corrosion resistance and easy cleaning—making it an ideal device for high-precision temperature monitoring.
Working Principle
After the sensor probe contacts the measured medium (e.g., liquid, gas), the built-in temperature-sensitive element converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal. The transmitter module amplifies and linearizes the signal, then outputs a standard electrical signal (e.g., 0-20mA), which can be directly connected to the control system for real-time temperature monitoring.
Application
Widely used in industries with strict hygiene requirements such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and biochemical engineering. It can be used for temperature measurement and control of pipeline fluids and tank materials.
