Water Treatment Industry | On-site Application of 3051ST High Precision Pressure Transmitter
The industrial water treatment system includes circulating pipe networks, filtration units, water purification equipment and reclaimed water recycling processes. It requires 24-hour uninterrupted real-time monitoring of pipeline pressure and differential pressure at equipment inlet and outlet. The on-site water quality contains trace acid and alkali components with certain corrosivity. The workshop is humid, enclosed and filled with dust and water vapor. Ordinary instruments are prone to accuracy drift, corrosion aging and unstable signals, which affect the automatic control stability of the entire water treatment system.
The project adopts FRD 3051ST monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter. It adopts high-performance monocrystalline silicon sensor core with high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. The wetted part is made of 316L stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and anti-scaling blockage, suitable for various industrial circulating water and purified water media. With a high-protection overall structure, it can adapt to long-term humid and steam-filled workshop conditions. Equipped with standard 4-20mA+HART communication protocol, it supports remote parameter adjustment and on-site fault diagnosis. It is easy to install and highly compatible, and can be directly connected to the original PLC automatic control system.
After actual operation, the 3051ST transmitter provides accurate and stable measured values without obvious zero drift during long-term operation, greatly reducing on-site inspection and instrument maintenance frequency. It stably ensures the closed-loop pressure control of each link such as filtration, pressurization and backwater in the water treatment process, helping industrial water treatment projects achieve long-term automatic, energy-saving and reliable operation.
